Refund policy
RETURN POLICY-For items that may be defective or incorrect, as a result of NMC error, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please see Refund policy below for additional information. For Minky Goods items, such as clothing, slides, slippers, etc. that have specific sizes that need to be returned due to sizing, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be in new/unused condition. Items can be returned to NMC at customers expense for a refund less a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned to NMC within 21 days of receipt of the item. NMC's policy is to notify customers when an item has been in another customers home and sell those items at a discount. The restocking fee is to cover this discount and additional shipping to another customer. NMC will refund the order, less the restocking fee, to the payment method on file, within 3 business days after return and inspection of the item. If the item is found to not be in new condition, the item may be returned to the original customer with no refund.
REFUND POLICY Requests made for defective or incorrect merchandise, must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Our seamstresses may repair defects such as a hole or lose thread, or we may offer a refund option to the method of payment, or future purchase. Refunds for incorrect items or defect items that cannot be repaired or discounted will be made within 3 days of receipt of the item returned and inspection of the item.
